I had so much fun photographing this family! They seriously had me laughing the whole time! Their youngest just started his senior year and they wanted some family portraits before all their boys are out on their own. Thanks Steve & Rachel for letting me capture these memories for you!

Saturday, October 1st, 2011It’s a Small World
Saturday, November 13th, 2010I had the privilege to take pictures of this beautiful family while I was visiting Utah. I met Cherie while at a photography workshop in Seattle, and we soon realized she lived in the same neighborhood as my husband’s brother. When she found out I was going to be in town, Cherie had the brilliant idea to meet up and exchange family pictures. When we met up to do the pics, her husband and my husband spent a few minutes giving each other funny looks before they realized they had graduated from high school together. Small world, huh?
For my Utah friends, if you are looking for a photographer, check out Cherie’s website!

I entered this picture in Go4Pro‘s silhouette contest…. hoping to win some of Heather Ward‘s actions!

Thursday, August 12th, 2010Oh. my. goodness. I had SO much fun with this family! These kids have the best expressions and kept me laughing the whole time (and seriously wore me out... I came home and crashed on the couch!) Thank you guys for the fun day! PS- I think I need to branch out to sessions that don't always involve 4 children![]()

Monday, August 9th, 2010Kelli & Steve + “the girls” {Warrenton, Oregon Family Photographer}
Thursday, August 5th, 2010Between my two sisters, I have 8 nieces. And if you are a four year old, it is difficult to keep track of all those girls’ names. Which is why my son collectively refers to his cousins as “the girls”. I am pretty sure he doesn’t know half their names.
All “the girls” and their parents came to visit a few weeks ago. Since I have such a supportive family, they had no problem being my guinea pigs and letting me snap some pictures of them. Even if it was freezing and one of them had a fever. (Em, you are a trooper!)
Thanks Kelli & Steve! Enjoy!
